I did not realize how much I missed teaching school. We are just coming back from our 2 month break -- we do not take a break during the summer because it is just too hot for us to be outside.
I finally convinced Angel, my youngest to complete her hardest subject first--which is math. I think it is finally clicking with her. I was so exciting to see the look on her face when she actually got a multiplication problem.
Curly, the oldest is starting her piano lessons today. We are both very excited. She got the keyboard for her birthday and the lessons for Christmas.
I have to rework some of my lessons plans to accommodate the lessons but it will be extremely worth it. it.
